1. About us and these terms

2. Our products

We supply custom, made-to-order picture framing and printing. Because items are produced to the specification you choose (size, frame, mount, glass, and your own image), each order is bespoke and made specifically for you.

3. Placing an order

You place an order by configuring your item in the framing tool and completing checkout. A binding contract is formed once we confirm your order and your payment has been taken. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if we cannot fulfil the specification or suspect fraud), in which case we will refund any payment taken.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

5. Delivery

7. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Images you upload and intellectual property

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any image you upload, and that producing it as framed artwork will not infringe anyone's rights.
You grant us the limited licence needed to process and produce your order.
We will not use your images for marketing or any other purpose without your separate consent.
All content on this website (text, design, branding) belongs to us and may not be copied without permission.

9. Our liability

We take care to provide quality products and a reliable service. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for your statutory rights as a consumer.
